Cancellation conditions

Payment and cancellation terms:

Are you booking more than 30 days before arrival?

Then the full travel amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival via the mollie payment link.

Are you booking within 30 days of arrival?

Then the full travel amount must be paid directly at the time of booking to complete the reservation.

If payment is not received in time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancel by guest:

If cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival:

You can cancel for free. If you have already paid, the full amount of the trip will be neatly refunded to you.

In case of cancellation between 14 and 30 days prior to the arrival date:

The cancellation fees amount to 50% of the total trip cost. You will receive the other 50% neatly refunded.

In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date or in case of a no-show:

No refund will take place (100% cancellation costs).

Adults Only Policy:

-We only accommodate guests aged 18 and over.

-If it becomes apparent upon arrival that the reservation has been made for or with minors, we are obliged to deny access to the accommodation and no refund will be given.

We always advise our guests to take out a good cancellation travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
