Cancellation Policy & House Rules

Cancel by the guest:

-In case of cancellation at least 14 days before the arrival date, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

-In case of cancellation between 7 and 14 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.

-In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date or no-show, you will be charged the full travel amount.

Adults Only Policy:

-We only accommodate guests aged 18 and over.

-If it becomes apparent upon arrival that the accommodation has been reserved for or with minors, we are obliged to deny access and no refund will be given.

We always advise our guests to take out a good cancellation travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
