Payment:
The booking is final as soon as the down payment of 30% is received.
Liability: The landlord is not liable for theft, loss or damage to guests' property during their stay.
Guests are themselves responsible for the damage they cause to the accommodation.
Minimum age: the main booker must be at least 18 years old.
